Here is a recipe for a delicious Lebanese Omelette that is crunchy from the outside and chewy from the inside. You can take this recipe to the next level by adding more vegetable to it. You can be as much creative as you wish


6 eggs

½ cup chopped parsley

1 big onion, diced

4 tablespoons flour

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 cup corn oil

How to Cook:

Mix the eggs, parsley, onion, salt and pepper with a wire whisk. Next, gradually add the flour and the baking powder.

Heat the oil in a pan, then fry one big tablespoon of the egg mixture at a time.
