Although everyone just can't get enough of it, a lot of ladies tend to complain about the complexity of its ingredients and how it should be mounted to look as appealing as it tastes! Learn how easy Sousou makes it and compete with Italian chefs!


10 pieces uncooked lasagna pasta

200 g ham, cut into cubes


200 g minced meat

2 medium onions, diced

1 tablespoon oil

salt, sumac and black pepper

1 tablespoon oregano

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 cup water


3 tablespoons flour

7 cups milk

nutmeg, white pepper and salt

300 g gruyere and mozzarella cheese

How to Cook:


In a pot on the stove, fry the onions with oil until they change color. Then, add the meat and stir until the water evaporates. Next, add salt, black pepper, sumac and oregano. Lastly, add the water and tomato paste. Let simmer on low heat until the mixture thickens.


Place the flour in a pot and gradually add milk while constantly stirring.

Place the pot on the stove. Stir the milk until it thickens. Then, add the nutmeg, white pepper & salt.

Pour some of the white sauce into Pyrex. Then, place one layer of the lasagna pasta. Add the meat sauce on top of the lasagna pasta and spread some cheese over. Next, pour on some more white sauce and add another layer of lasagna pasta. Add the ham and some cheese. Pour the white sauce over again. Add the last layer of lasagna pasta. Cover with the remaining white sauce. Spread the cheese over the top layer.

Bake in the oven until golden.
