spaghetti with pumpkin and zucchini

When they ask you for spaghetti, always make sure to surprise them! Sousou says that zucchini and pumpkin will make an astonishing healthy rendition!

Ingredients

300 g spaghetti

200 g minced meat

2 big onions, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons tomato paste

6 small zucchinis, diced

100 g pumpkin, diced

2 peeled soft tomatoes, diced

4 cups water

salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:

Boil water with one teaspoon of oil, & ¼ teaspoon salt. Then, add the spaghetti and boil for 5 to 6 minutes. Strain it. Pour one cup of cold water over the pasta.

In a pot on the stove, fry the onions with oil until they change color. Then, add the meat and stir until the water evaporates. Next, add the zucchini, pumpkin and tomatoes. Then, add salt, pepper and tomato paste. Lastly, add water to the meat.

Let simmer until it thickens. Then, add the spaghetti and stir on the stove for 4-5 minutes
