Baba Ghanouj is a famous traditional recipe of mashed cooked eggplant with tahini, olive oil and lemon juice. Prepare it Sousou’s way to enjoy its rich, smoky and creamy taste.


3 big eggplants

2 tablespoons tahini

½ cup lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, smashed


½ cup pomegranate seeds

How to Cook:

Grill the eggplants and peel them.

Grind the eggplants, garlic, tahini and lemon juice in a food processor. Then, add the salt.

Place the baba ghannouj in a serving plate and sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds and some olive oil.
