healthy nut biscuits

The guilt-free sweetness from Sousou


2 cups flour

½ cup vegetable and olive oil

½ cup coconut

2 cups grounded walnuts, pistachios, and almonds

2 tablespoons carob molasses

½ cup honey

½ cup raisin

½ cup dried apricots, chopped

½ cup sesame seeds

½ cup water

½ cup seedless dates, cut into small pieces

1 teaspoon baking powder

How to Cook:

Mix all the ingredients together except the sesame seeds. Place the mixture on a baking tray and press it well to fit. Straighten the top. sprinkle the sesame seeds and press.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes or until it changes colors.

Once cold, cut into square pieces.
