Looking for a new special potato recipe? Try the Creamy potatoes with Sousou and enjoy the fabulous combination of the creamy cheese sauce and the tender potatoes. It’s a great side dish that everyone will fall in love with.

Ingredients

6 medium sized potatoes

5 pieces bacon or ham, cut into pieces

200 ml fresh cream

150 g grated gruyere cheese

1 tablespoon dried oregano

salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes & steam them.

In a pan, fry the bacon or ham.

Place the potatoes into a Pyrex. Spread the Bacon and 50 grams cheese over the potatoes. Then, add salt, pepper and oregano.

Pour the fresh cream over the mixture and spread the remaining cheese on top.

Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until it changes color
