Ingredients

DOUGH

½ cup flour [test]

½ teaspoon instant yeast

2 tablespoons powdered milk

¼ teaspoon sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

¾ cup warm water

FILLING

½ cup mashed tomatoes

1 pineapple, cut into cubes

300 g grated mozzarella cheese

5 slices ham or turkey

1 small onion, sliced (optional)

dried oregano

How to Cook:

DOUGH:

Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Then, add the powdered milk and baking powder. Make a hole in the middle, and pour the oil into it. Stir and add water as needed to form a soft dough. If the dough is too stiff, add more water. Put the dough into an oiled bowl and let it rest for 2 hours.

Roll out the dough and place it in a baking tray.

Bake in the oven until it changes color.

PIZZA:

Spread the tomato over the dough, sprinkle with dry oregano and some cheese. Place one layer of ham. Then, add the pineapple over the ham and cover it with the remaining cheese. Then, place the remaining pineapple on the top with the sliced onion.

Bake in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes or until the cheese melts.
