The kids will love this pizza. Fun for them to make and so tasty.

Ingredients

Filling

300 g olive mortadella, cut into small cubes

1 small can mushrooms, cut into cubes

½ small  sweet green pepper, cut into cubes

100 g seedless black olives

1  sweet green pepper, cut into thin round pieces

500 g ground tomatoes

½ cup oregano

300 g grated mozzarella cheese

300 g grated gruyere cheese

200 g turkey ham, cut into small cubes

Dough

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1 pinch vanilla

500 g flour

1 teaspoon instant yeast

3 tablespoons powdered milk

1  egg

¼ cup corn oil

1 cup of warm water

How to Cook:

Filling:

Combine the mortadella, turkey ham, mushrooms and the diced sweet pepper. Then, add the ground tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of oregano in one bowl. Mix well with a spatula.

In another bowl, mix the mozzarella and gruyere together.

Dough:

Mix the flour, powdered milk, baking powder and yeast together. Add the salt and sugar. Make a hole in the center and pour in the egg, vanilla and oil. Then, add the water gradually to form soft dough. Put the dough on a floured work surface. Knead for about 15 minutes until smooth.

Pizza:

Divide the dough into 8 balls. Cover with a nylon film and cloth. Let it rest for half an hour.

Divide each dough into small-sized balls.

Roll out each ball to form a small round circle.

Place the dough circles onto a tray next to each other.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 250 degrees C.

Bake for 7 minutes.

In each circle, place one tablespoon of the filling. Then, add two black olives, and one round green pepper. Sprinkle the cheese on top and decorate with a sprinkle of oregano.

Place the pizza into the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
