This recipe absolutely shouts for deliciousness, especially for hotdog lovers! The crisp base and the strong presence of hotdog freshened up with olives and mushrooms make a sublime combination!


2 packs puff pastry


¾ cup ketchup

½ cup oregano

3 cans medium hot dogs

10 black olives, seedless

1 small can mushrooms

200 g mozzarella and gruyere cheese

How to Cook:


Roll out one puff pastry dough to form a large, flat rectangular dough and then place it on a tray 42cm x 82cm.

Roll out the other puff pastry dough and cut 30 square pieces, each measuring 6 cm x 6 cm.

In each piece, place one small hot dog and then roll it. Continue the same procedure until all the square dough is used.

Place the rolled hot dogs around the rectangular dough next to each other.


Slice the remaining hot dogs into circles. Add one layer of ketchup on the dough and then, spread on some oregano. Then, add the hot dog circles, mushrooms and the olives. Lastly, add the cheese and decorate with the remaining oregano

Bake the pizza in the oven until dough is golden and cheese melted.
