In a pan, heat milk, water, and butter until warm (temperature 50 degrees C).

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them to form balls.
Place them on a greased pan or baking sheet and flatten slightly. Cover and leave to rise for 35 minutes.
After the dough rises, brush the top of the buns with the beaten egg mixture and sprinkle uncooked sesame seeds.
Bake at 200 degrees C in the oven for 10 minutes (fire from the bottom only) and another 3-4 minutes (fire from top only).
