Ingredients

Dough:

1 cup milk

½ cup water

¼ cup butter

4 ½ cup all-purpose flour

1 ½ teaspoon instant yeast

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 ½ teaspoon salt

1 egg

Bun Topping:

1 egg, beaten

¼ teaspoon vanilla powder

½ cup sesame seeds

How to Cook:

In a pan, heat milk, water, and butter until warm (temperature 50 degrees C).

Beat one egg with the vanilla powder and keep aside for later.

In a large bowl, mix part of the flour and all dry ingredients. Pour in the milk mixture into the flour mixture and then mix in the egg. Next, gradually add the remaining flour into the mixture beating it well after each other. Once the dough has come to

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them to form balls.

Place them on a greased pan or baking sheet and flatten slightly. Cover and leave to rise for 35 minutes.

After the dough rises, brush the top of the buns with the beaten egg mixture and sprinkle uncooked sesame seeds.

Bake at 200 degrees C in the oven for 10 minutes (fire from the bottom only) and another 3-4 minutes (fire from top only).
