This cockerels with potatoes recipe is easy to prepare and comes together quickly. You will love how the addition of lemon juice makes this dish taste fresh and yummy.


4 cockerels

1 kg baby potatoes, cut in two

30 baby onions, peeled

2 garlic cloves, smashed

½ cup lemon juice

½ cup olive oil

½ cup water

2 tablespoons dried oregano

salt & pepper

How to Cook:

Soak the cockerels with the olive oil, lemon juice and water overnight. Then, add the garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

Put the soaked cockerels, potatoes and onions, with the marinade in a Pyrex.

Bake in the oven until they turn golden brown.
