600 g fresh mushrooms

2 tablespoons corn oil

1 cup chopped coriander

2 garlic cloves, smashed

¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon red pepper

3 tablespoons lemon juice

salt to taste

How to Cook:

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

In a pan, fry the mushrooms with oil for 15 minutes. Then, add the garlic & coriander

Add the garlic and coriander and cook for another 15 minutes. Next, add the black pepper, red pepper & the salt. Lastly, add the lemon juice and let it cook for 5 minutes.
