This savory, homemade chicken noodle soup is a real pleaser for people who are on a diet. It’s rich with nutrients and low in calories! Give it a try.

Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut into pieces

½ cup noodles (vermicelli)

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 stick cinnamon

salt & pepper

3 cups water

How to Cook:

Place the chicken in a pot on the stove, and cover it with water. When it starts boiling, take off the scum and add the noodles, salt and pepper. Lastly, add the tomato paste and cinnamon stick.

When it starts boiling again, reduce the heat and let simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is done.
