Mix all ingredients together, and keep aside.
Combine the flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Make a hole in the center, and pour in the instant yeast. Then, add the oil and gradually add the water and kneed it to form the dough.
Put the dough on a floured work surface. Knead it, until it becomes smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 balls. Cover with a nylon film and cloth. Leave it to rest for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough on a floured table until it becomes thin. Cut it with a rounded cookie cutter, in order to create circles.
In each circle, add one tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Join the two sides together making sure to press firmly and keep open in the middle.
Put them onto an oiled tray.
Bake them in the oven until golden brown.
