Home made pickles are the best, don't you agree? Here is Sousou's recipe to help you prepare yours


1 jar (size 1½ liter)

1 kg cucumbers

1¼ cup vinegar

1¼ cup mineral water

1 tablespoon coarse salt

How to Cook:

Wash the cucumbers and place them one next to the other in the jar.

In a bowl, mix the vinegar, water and salt, until the salt is dissolved.

Pour the mixture over the cucumbers, place the elastic around the cover of the jar, and close it well.

Keep aside for one week before opening the jar
