Ingredients

½ kilo minced meat

2 medium tomatoes, cut into round

6 burger buns

1 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons vegetables oil

4 pieces soft bread

6 sliced cheese

2 medium onions, cut into round

salt, pepper and cinnamon

2 tablespoons mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 cup liquid milk

COLESLAW SALAD

3 cups shredded cabbage

3 carrots, shredded

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon grated onion

1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to Cook:

Soak the bread with milk.

Place the meat in a bowl. Then, add ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper and cinnamon.

Squeeze well the bread and add to the meat. Mix well.

Take each piece and form them into small balls. Then, flatten them out using the palm of your hand or in a hamburger mold.

Panfry the burgers for a few minutes on one side, then turn it and place a piece of slice cheese on top. Cook until meat is done and cheese is melted.

Fry the onions until golden, then, add the tomatoes in the same pan and fry until tender.

Cut each burger bun in half; spread ketchup. Then, place the burger meat with cheese, then tomatoes, onions.

You can serve it with coleslaw salad on the side. To prepare the coleslaw, just mix all ingredients together. Unused burgers can be stored in the freezer for later use 16 pieces of mini burgers
