Prepare your homemade apple jam using Sousou's steps
Ingredients
1 kilo apples
½ kilo sugar
2- 3 granules musk
1 lemon, squeezed
1 pinch vanilla
Prepare your homemade apple jam using Sousou's steps

½ kilo sugar

1 lemon, squeezed
1 pinch vanilla
Grind the musk in powder with one teaspoon sugar.
Wash, peel and core the apples. Grate the apples.
Put the seeds in a cloth to use while cooking.
Layer the sugar and grated apples in a glass bowl.
Boil the seeds with one cup of water until the water becomes half. Take off the seeds and pour the water onto the apples.
Cover with a sheet and leave for 2 hours.
Pour the mixture into a pan. Bring slowly to a boil.
Add the lemon juice, musk and vanilla.
Boil for 25 to 30 minutes, skim the froth from the surface.
Ladle the hot jam in a jar. Close the cap tightly.
Turn the jar upside down and leave until becomes cold.
