½ tablespoons sweet pepper

1 squeezed lemon

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 ½ cups chopped parsley

4 garlic cloves

½ fresh green pepper

3 medium onions

DOUGH

3 cups flour

1 Teaspoon instant yeast

1 egg

¼ Cup oil

½ teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1¼ cup warm water

How to Cook:

MEAT:

Grind the onions, garlic and green pepper.

Mix all the ingredients in one bowl.

DOUGH:

Mix in a bowl the flour, yeast, salt, sugar and oil. Then, add the egg. Gradually, add the water and knead to form a firm dough.

Put the dough on a floured work surface. Knead until smooth for about 15 minutes. If the dough is too stiff, add some water.

Divide the dough into 4 balls. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours. Shape each dough to form small balls of an apricot size.

Roll out each ball of dough very thin and add some of the meat mixture. Place them in a tray near each other and bake in oven until they change color.
