Take the avocado beyond cocktails and guacamole sauce! Add it to fresh ingredients to make an incredibly delicious salad that is a family favorite.



1 iceberg lettuce chopped into squares

1 pomelo sliced

2 avocados, thinly sliced, and coated with lemon juice

12 radishes, thinly sliced

¾ cup black olives, seeded


¾ cup olive oil

4 tablespoons vinegar

salt & pepper

How to Cook:

In a small bowl, whisk the Olive oil with the vinegar, and then add salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine the iceberg lettuce with half of the dressing and toss to coat. Then, add the pomelo, radishes, olives and the remaining dressing and mix well.

Place the avocados on top.
