A light appetizer to add to your table: baked cauliflower. Serve it with tarator/tahini sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper

 

  • SAUCE
  • ½ cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 6 tablespoons lemon
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame

How to Cook:
  • Mix the olive oil with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Take off the leaves of cauliflower and coat it with olive oil mixture, from all sides
  • Place it in a baking tray and bake in oven for 35 minutes.
  • SAUCE
  • Mix tahini with lemon and water. Then, add salt.
  • Pour the sauce over the cooked cauliflower and spread the black sesame on top.
