Ingredients

  • 7-8 Kale stems
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

How to Cook:
  • In a 20 cm diameter pan, place a wax paper.
  • Remove the stem from the kale and place all the kale leaves in the pan
  • Add olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper
  • Mix them all well with your hands, so that the olive oil and spices cover all the kale.
  • In a 150 F oven, put the pan in for 10 minutes
  • Then remove the pan and turn all the kale leaves to the other side
  • Put it in again for 5-10 minutes or until fully crispy.
  • Be careful not to burn them as they become bitter if over baked
