Delightfully add a new creative touch to your meals with the delicious Black Olive Rolls, as a complement to your main platters or simply as a daily appetizer.

200 g seedless black olives

1 big onion chopped into small cubes

1 cup chopped fresh mint

5 cups flour

5 teaspoons baking powder

1 cup yoghurt

2 eggs

1 cup olive oil

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon sugar

2 cups sesame seeds

How to Cook:

Cut the black olives into small pieces, mix them with the mint and onion, and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, yoghurt and eggs. Mix in the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar to form the dough.

Cover with a nylon film and cloth. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Spread some sesame seeds on your work surface.

Divide the dough into walnut size pieces.

Roll each piece on the sesame seeds to form a flat round dough.

Put some of the olive filling in the round dough and roll it, cigarette like. Repeat the same procedure until all pieces are done.

Place all the rolls in a tray and bake in the oven until golden.
