Take me back to those Brie infused winter nights! Here's a creative and extra easy idea to surprise your guests with an appetizing welcome!

Ingredients

200 g brie wheel

1 tablespoon extra-virgin oliveoil

1 tablespoon dry white wine

1 garlic cloves, crushed

1 teaspoon fresh lemon thyme leaves

1 french stick (baguette)

How to Cook:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix the oil, wine, garlic and thyme in a bowl.

Place brie on a large piece of baking paper and score it (cut the top into medium squares). Drizzle brie with oil mixture and cover the tray with aluminum foil.

Slice the baguette and toast the slices.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the center of the cheese is soft.

Place the brie in a serving dish and set the toasts around it.
