Ingredients

500 g broccoli, chopped

2 medium potatoes, cut into cubes

2 carrots, cut into round pieces

1 onion, cut into cubes

200 ml fresh cream

8 fresh mushrooms, sliced

salt to taste

1 tablespoon corn oil

4 cups water

How to Cook:

Fry the onion in a pan with oil. Then, add the broccoli, potatoes and carrots. Add the water and let the mixture boil for 25 to 30 minutes.

Blend the mixture and add the mushrooms, fresh cream and salt.

Let it simmer on low heat until the soup thickens.
