The grated chocolate gives this cake a different kind of chocolate experience. It’s one of the easiest recipes and it doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. It’s the ultimate treat for all chocolate lovers


3 eggs

8 tablespoons icing sugar

8 tablespoons flour

6 tablespoons liquid milk

100 g butter, melted

60 g grated chocolate

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch vanilla

1 tablespoon rum

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

How to Cook:

Beat the butter, sugar and rum with an electric mixer in a medium bowl. Then, gradually, add the milk. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, making sure to beat well after each addition.

Stir the flour and baking powder

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites, vanilla and lemon rind with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Add the egg whites to the mixture with the spatula.

Divide the preparation into 2. Add the grated chocolate to one part and spread it in a buttered Pan. Lastly, spread the second cake preparation over the grated chocolate.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C. for 50-60 minutes.
