cannelloni with ricotta cheese

This juicy filled Canelloni will get those taste buds going. Try serving with Sousou's Cheese Balls, which are up on the site.


16 pre-cooked cannelloni pasta


200 g ricotta cheese, mashed

200 g feta cheese, mashed

100 g spinach, shredded

1 medium onion, diced

100 g grated gruyere cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil.

100 g turkey cubed

salt and pepper

½ cup bread crumbs

2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese

White Sauce

5 cups milk

2 tablespoons flour

and white pepper salt, nutmeg

How to Cook:


In a pot on the stove, fry the diced onion with oil until it takes color. Then, add the spinach and stir for five to ten minutes. Next, add the turkey, mashed ricotta and feta cheese.

Let it cook for 2 minutes. Then, remove from the stove and add salt, pepper and gruyere cheese.

White Sauce:

Put the flour in a pot and gradually, add the milk while constantly stirring.

Place the pot on the stove and stir the milk until it thickens. Then, add the nutmeg and salt.


Fill the cannelloni with the prepared filling.

Pour some of the white sauce in the pyrex, then place the cannelloni. Pour the remaining sauce over the cannelloni.

Mix the breadcrumbs and the mozzarella cheese together and spread over the cannelloni.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C. for 25 to 30 minutes.
