Follow Sousou’s instructions to prepare the tastiest homemade Cream Caramel which everyone will love. It’s an elegant and absolutely delicious dessert known all over the world.


8 eggs

2 medium cans condensed milk

4 measuring cans condensed milk water

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

1 pinch vanilla

1 teaspoon rum

1 ½ cup sugar

How to Cook:

Beat Eggs, vanilla, lemon rind and rum with an electric mixer until fluffy.

Add the condensed milk and water; mix well.

In a pan, heat the sugar and stir until golden brown.

Spread the sugar in a round Pyrex; add the mixture of eggs, on top.

Cook in oven in a water bath at C. for one hour.

Once cold, turn in a serving plate.
