Ingredients

12  big carrots, cut into circles

1 potato, cubed

4 zucchinis, cut into circles

1 leek, chopped

1 onion, cubed

2 0 cl fresh cream

salt

1 tablespoon corn oil

4-5 cups water

How to Cook:

Fry the onion in a pan with oil. Then add the leeks, zucchinis, carrots, potatoes and water. Let them boil for 25 to 35 minutes.

Blend them, and then add fresh cream and salt.

Let the soup simmer on low heat until it thickens.
