In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and oregano. Mix well and make a hole in the middle. Then, add the yeast, oil and yogurt. Mix all together and knead until the dough is very soft.
Divide the dough into small balls size walnuts. Place them in a tray and cover with nylon and kitchen towel. Let it rest for one hour.
Take a small piece of dough and open it using your fingers. Place in the middle one piece of the cheese. Then, add one leave of mint and one olive and close it. Round it by hand to create a small ball.
Make a hole in the dough, place one cube cheese, one leaf of mint and one piece of olive and close it. Round it by hand to create a small ball.
Lastly, coat it with sesame seeds.
Repeat the same procedure until all of the dough and cheese are finished.
Place the balls in an oiled round tray next to each other.
Bake in the oven until golden.
