1 pack puff pastry

200 g gruyere cheese, grated

500 g mozzarella cheese, grated

25 g parmesan cheese, grated

1 tablespoon dried oregano

3  eggs

30 ml fresh cream

½ teaspoon dijon mustard

1 pinch vanilla

salt and pepper

How to Cook:

Roll the dough between two nylon sheets.

Place the dough into a pie pan and cover it with wax paper spread over some dry beans and bake in the oven until golden.

Combine 150 grams of the gruyere cheese with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and mix with the oregano and place it on the baked pie.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla, salt and black pepper together. Then, add the fresh cream and mustard. Spread the egg mixture over the filling of the pie. Garnish with remaining gruyere cheese.

Bake in oven on moderate heat until cheese has melted.
