Chicken Liver. Simply made, full of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Chicken Liver
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • ½ Cup Corn Oil
  • ½ Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Tablespoon Sumac
  • 1 Tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  •  Salt and black pepper to taste

How to Cook:
  • Wash the chicken livers. Coat them with salt and flour. Wash again.
  • Heat the oil in a casserole. Fry the livers with the cinnamon stick on high heat for 20 to 25 minute or until it changes color. Then, add the black pepper, sumac and salt. Lastly, add the garlic, lemon juice and pomegranate molasses.
