Chicken Wings

30  chicken wings

1 teaspoon white pepper

1 tablespoon salt

1 cup flour

1/2 cup corn oil

20 g butter

1/2 tablespoon flour

1/2 cup chopped coriander

3 garlic gloves (crushed)

3 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Cook:

Chicken Wings:

Mix the flour, white pepper and salt together and place them in a plate.

Put oil in a separate bowl.

Coat each chicken wing with the flour mixture. Then, dip it in oil and place them in a Pyrex tray.

Bake them for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn the chicken wings half way through so they cook evenly on both sides.

Combine 1 tablespoon of flour with 20 grams of butter on low heat. Then gradually add one cup of water.

In a separate pan, fry the chopped coriander and the crushed garlic cloves. Then, add them to the sauce. Stir on low heat until it thickens. Lastly, add three tablespoons of lemon juice.

Spread the sauce on top of the cooked chicken wings.

Serve with potato wedges.
