chicken with sweet green peppers

Every cook agrees that green pepper’s taste is incomparable, hence Sousou’s new recipe of fusing it with chicken. Stay up to date like Sousou!


6 chicken legs, each cut into 2 pieces

3 chicken breasts, each cut into 4 pieces

2 medium onions, cut into small cubes

5 cloves garlic, diced

4 tomatoes, cut into small cubes

3 green sweet peppers, cut into small cubes

2 tablespoons corn oil

1 cup water

1 tablespoon tomato paste

salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:

Cut the chicken and rub the pieces with oil, salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven until they are golden brown.

In another pan, fry the onions with oil. Add garlic, tomatoes and green pepper, then, add salt, pepper and water.

Cook until the sauce thickens.

Then, spread the sauce onto the cooked chicken

You can serve with roasted potatoes.
