Looking for a new special potato recipe? Try the Creamy potatoes with Sousou and enjoy the fabulous combination of the creamy cheese sauce and the tender potatoes. It’s a great side dish that everyone will fall in love with.

Ingredients

  • 6 Medium sized potatoes
  • 200ml Fresh cream
  • 150g Grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:
  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes & steam them.
  • Place the potatoes into a Pyrex. Spread 50 grams cheese over the potatoes. Then, add salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Pour the fresh cream over the mixture and spread the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until it changes color
