From the Lebanese mezze, Sousou brings you this simple recipe of eggplant with sumac. its amazing taste and easy preparation makes this plate a majority favorite.


2 large eggplants

2 tablespoons sumac

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped parsley


How to Cook:

Grill the eggplants directly on the stove, then peel them.

Mash the eggplants with a fork.

Place in a plate and sprinkle with salt and sumac.

Pour over the olive oil

Decorate with chopped parsley.
