Discover this endive salad recipe from Sousou; an exciting salad with two choices of dressings which contrast nicely with the bitter endive.


15 endives


½ cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons mustard

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

salt and pepper


1 cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons butter, melted

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

½ tablespoon worcestershire sauce

¼ tablespoon salt

1 ½ tablespoons ground black pepper

150 g blue cheese, crumbled into small pieces

4 chives, diced for the top

How to Cook:

Cut each endive into two or three pieces.

Place them around a serving plate.

Mix all of the lemon sauce ingredients together in a cup, then place in a bowl.

Mix all of the blue cheese sauce ingredients together, then place in a bowl.

Place the two bowls in the middle of the endive plate.
