Try this appetizing Ethiopian bread next to your lunch today

Ingredients

1 kg flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon coriander

2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

1 tablespoon instant yeast

½ cup corn oil

½ cup miranda

½ cup raisins

2 cups warm water

How to Cook:

Place all of the ingredients into a big bowl.

Gradually add the water and knead very well to form soft dough.

Cover the dough & let it rest for half an hour.

After the dough has rested, knead it again. Cover & let it rest for another half an hour. Knead it for the last time and put it on an oily tray.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 2 Loaves of bread
