Draw a smile on your children's faces with this fish nugget recipe!

Ingredients

400 grams white fish filet (seabass or cod or hamour)

3 eggs

1.5 cups bread crumbs

30 g grated mozzarella cheese

5 tablespoons canola oil

salt, pepper to taste

How to Cook:

Cut the fish filet into medium pieces of 5x8 cm. Add salt and pepper

Prepare 2 plates One plate of mixed eggs, One plate of breadcrumbs mixed with cheese, salt, and pepper.

Take a piece of fish, dip it in the eggs on both sides. Then dip it in the bread crumbs plate from all sides until it is all covered. Put it on the side.

Repeat until all the fish nuggets are ready to be cooked.

Preheat a pan, add the canola oil.

Once the oil is heated, add the fish nuggets and cook them on both sides until golden brown.
