Our kitchen offers endless fish recipes that complements its remarkable taste, just like this multi vegetable idea. Have you ever thought of sweet potato with it as well?

Ingredients

½ kg sea bass filet (3 pieces)

3 carrots, cut into circles

2 zucchinis, cut into circles

1 medium potato, diced

1 medium sweet potato, diced

10 baby onions, peeled

½ cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon oregano

½ teaspoon cumin

4 teaspoons olive oil

½ cup water

salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:

In a baking tray, place the carrots, zucchinis, potatoes, sweet potatoes and onions. Then, add one tablespoon of olive oil, oregano and salt. Mix well and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Place the sea bass in a Pyrex and coat it with salt and cumin. Then, add the lemon juice, water and the remaining olive oil, Lastly, add the vegetables and bake in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until the fish is done.
