This is a delicious and special salad and is a great meatless option. Goat labneh brings a final element of distinction to this elegant salad.

Ingredients

Salad:

 

  • 4 Baby lettuces, chopped
  • ½ Head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 8 Black tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 3 Cucumbers, sliced into circles
  • 10 Seeded black olives
  • ½ Cup dried oregano
  • ½ Cup grilled sesame seeds
  • ½ Cup ground hazelnuts
  • 150 Grams goat labneh
  • 100 Grams seeded grapes

 

Dressing:

 

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons hazelnut oil
  • 3 Tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoons mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons grilled and ground hazelnuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook:
  • Put it in the palm of your hand, a small piece of goat labneh and press down until becomes flat. Place one seeded grape in the middle and close it to form a small ball. Coat it with ground hazelnuts.
  • Take another piece of goat labneh and this time, fill it with black olive and coat it with sesame seeds or oregano. Repeat same procedure until labneh is finished.
  • Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl except for the labneh balls.
  • In a cup, mix all the dressing ingredients together except the hazelnuts
  • Combine the dressing with the salad ingredients, then decorate with the goat labneh balls and hazelnuts.
