KAFTA:
1 kilo minced meat (lamb or beef)
2 big onions
100 g chopped parsley
1 tablespoon flour
taste to salt and pepper
VEGETABLES:
4 medium potatoes peeled, cut into circles.
2 medium soft tomatoes, cut into circles
2 medium onions, peeled, cut round
salt to taste
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 ½ cups water
