400 g seedless black olives

2 medium onions, cubed

1 cup chopped fresh mint

3 cups flour

3 tablespoons baking powder

¾ to 1 cup orange juice

1 egg

150 g melted butter

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon sugar

1 cup sesame

How to Cook:

Cut the black olives into small pieces. Mix them well with the mint and onions

Mix the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder in a bowl. Then, add the butter and egg. Gradually add the orange juice and knead well to form a dough. If the dough is stiff, add more orange juice.

Divide the dough into 2 balls.

Cover with a nylon film and cloth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Spread some sesame seeds on the work surface.

Then, roll out each ball on the sesame seeds until the size is 40x30 cm.

Spread the olive mixture on the surface and roll the dough.

Place the rolls on a tray. Cook in the oven until golden.
