Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a bowl. Make a hole in the center, and then pour the oil. Mix the flour and stir in water as needed in order to form a soft dough.
Put the dough on a floured working surface. Knead until smooth for about 15 minutes.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl. Cover and leave for 2 hours.
Press down on the dough with one hand for 1 second.
Divide the dough into 9 pieces. Shape each one to form a ball.
Roll out each ball to form a flat circle. Then, cover the circles amp let them sit for 15 minutes or until slightly risen.
Preheat the oven for 20 minutes.
Put two empty trays in the oven until they become hot.
Place the flat dough on the hot trays. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the bread inflates and changes color. Take them out of the oven and cover them with a slightly damp towel.
