lentils & chard leaves soup

Lentils and chard leaves come together to offer you a super healthy and tasty soup. It’s rich in fibers and proteins.

Ingredients

½ kilo chard leaves, chopped

1 cup lentils

1 small potatoes, diced

2 big onions, cubed

6 cups water

salt to taste

½ cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons flour

How to Cook:

Boil the chard leaves with lentils, potatoes and water until lentils are cooked thoroughly.

In another pan, fry the onions with oil until golden. Then, add the flour and make sure to mix well.

Combine them with the lentils. Then add salt.

Let simmer in low heat until it thickens. Then, add the lemon juice
