lolo rosso and bavaria lettuce salad

A colorful and bright salad that is so refreshingly fresh and delicious. It features a variety of heathy ingredients that will keep you feeling full and satisfied.



8 leaves lolo rosso (purple) chopped big pieces

8 leaves bavaria (green) chopped big pieces

1 avocado, sliced and soaked with lemon

12 baby tomatoes, each cut in 2

6 cucumbers, chopped

1 green apple, sliced

4 fresh asparagus, steamed

1 orange, sliced

100 g feta cheese or roquefort cheese


1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons vinegar

salt and white pepper

How to Cook:

Place all the ingredients in a big bowl except for the avocados and cheese

Mix the dressing ingredients together in a cup. Pour them over the lettuce and mix well.

Place the avocado pieces and cheese on top of the salad.
