Be a little creative and prepare a special cheesecake with the delicious Mars bars. It’s creamy, sweet and a must try.

400 g plain chocolate biscuits

220 g butter, melted

4 tablespoons brown sugar

40 g extra butter

360 ml fresh cream

100 g milk chocolate

3 teaspoons gelatin powder

60 ml water

500 g cream cheese

110 g white sugar

4 mars bars, chopped

How to Cook:

Crush the biscuits in the blender. Mix them with the melted butter. Press the mixture over the base and sides of a cheesecake pan. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Mix gelatin powder with hot water until dissolved. Stand to cool.

Beat cream cheese with white sugar with an electric mixer. Stir in the gelatin mix with the chopped Mars bars.

In a separate bowl, beat 240 ml of the fresh cream until soft peak forms and add them to cheese mixture.

Combine brown sugar, extra butter and 60 ml fresh cream in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until you have a caramel sauce.

Melt the chocolate and 60 ml fresh cream in the microwave for 1 minute.

Pour half of the cheese mixture over the refrigerated biscuit. Drizzle half of the caramel and chocolate sauces over the cheese mixture. Using a barbecue skewer, create the marbling effect by pulling it forward and backward.

Repeat the process with remaining cheese mixture and sauces.

Cover cheesecake and refrigerate for 4 hours.
