Give it a try! We promise you: it tastes even better than it looks

Ingredients

 1 kg flour

 1½ cups olive oil

 ½ cup sesame

 1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sumac

2 bunches fresh thyme, chopped

 1 teaspoon baking powder

 1 cup dried thyme

 1 cup water

How to Cook:

Coat the fresh thyme with water. Then, add all the ingredients together. Next, gradually add the water and knead until you have a soft dough. If the dough is too stiff, add a little water.

Divide the dough into 8 balls. Cover with a nylon film and a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured table until it becomes thin. Cut it with a rounded cookie-cutter, in order to create circles.

Place the circles in a tray and bake in the oven until they change color.
