Pasta salads are such a trend everywhere, make them at home! But use the farfalle pasta for a cooler tastier outcome!

Ingredients

Salad:

 

  • 250 g Mini farfalle pasta
  • 1 Small can luncheon meat
  • 1 Can corn
  • 6 Cucumbers, cut into circles
  • 20 Seeded green olives
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 100 g Gruyere cheese, diced
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese, diced

 

Dressing:

 

  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • ½ Cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Cook:
  • Boil water with one teaspoon of oil, & ¼ teaspoon of salt. Then, add the pasta and boil it for 5 to 6 minutes. Next, strain it. Spread one cup of cold water over the pasta.
  • Combine in a bowl all salad ingredients and add the pasta at the end.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients in a cup and pour them over the salad. Mix well.
