mini penne with spinach

Mini Penne with Spinach is a quick and easy recipe full of flavors. It has fresh spinach, pesto sauce, and parmesan cheese! Good for any occasion and will complete any dish.


1 onion, diced

350 g mini penne, green

250 g fresh spinach, chopped

1 small can green peas

½ cup water

30 g parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small jar pesto sauce

salt and pepper

How to Cook:

In a pan on the stove, fry the onion with oil until it changes color. Then, add the spinach, salt and pepper. Add the water and let cook for 10 minutes.

Next, add the pesto sauce and mix well to obtain a consistent cream. Lastly, add the green peas.

In another pan, boil the penne for 6 minutes and strain them.

Place the penne in a serving plate and pour the sauce over them, then, sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
