Satisfy your cravings with this delicious homemade mixed fruits jam from Sousou.


800 g pears

800 g apple, pineapple and mango

700 g sugar

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2- 3 granules musk

1 pinch vanilla

How to Cook:

Grind the musk in powder with one teaspoon sugar

Peel and core the fruits. Cut them into cubes

In a non-stick pan, layer the sugar and fruits.

Cover and leave for two hours

On the stove, bring slowly to a boil. Add the musk, lemon juice and vanilla.

Boil for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the water thickens.

Skim the froth from the surface.

Ladle the hot jam in a jar. Close the cap tightly.

Turn the jar upside down and leave until becomes cold.
